UNIFORM COORDINATOR
Main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
-
3-4 uniform sessions in March/April to hand out singlets to new players
-
ad hoc supply of singlets to players throughout the season as required
-
supply and ordering of singlets and polos
-
attendance at 1-2 committee meetings per season. (not all are essential for this role)
SECRETARY
AGE COORDINATOR
Create teams from the enquiries and registrations in the relevant age group. 
 Appoint coaches and Team Managers.

Be the liaison point for all queries from families/club in this age group.

Attend general committee meetings
(3-4 per season)
COACHING COORDINATOR
(PAID ROLE)
The role will primarily support the volunteer coaches, ensuring that all
coaching requirements are completed and managed in a way that benefits Club
Members.
COACHING COORDINATOR Approx 7 HRS per week MON-THURS (4pm onwards)
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Produce social media content in line with the clubs communication calendar, and ad hoc requirements. Presenting regular articles for the club social media platforms and/or website (Insta - 3 posts per week, Facebook - daily checking of any messages posted.
TROPHY COORDINATOR
Coordinate trophies for MVP and Coach's Award. Coordinate presentation night. Coordinate volunteers to help with Grand Final weekend.
TRAINING COORDINATOR

Manage training venue relationship including seasonal hire agreements, approving invoices for payment, venue issues that may crop up, maximizing the utilisation of Mustangs training venues, creating training schedule for the season and managing trading of slots between teams.
COACHING ADMINISTRATOR
To oversee the administrative aspects of coaching, including accreditation adherance, season welcome, administering coaches training and resources, responding to coaches queries or concernsm supporting the coaching coordinator. Attendance at 1-2 meetings per season, most tasks can be done in your own time.
TREASURER
To oversee the financial administration of the organisation, review procedures and financial reporting, advise the committee on financial strategy, and advise on fundraising.
CONFLICTS and CHILD PROTECTION OFFICER
Assist in providing an impartial, independent and informal conflict resolution mechanism for addressing the concerns of members and related personnel of the club in a timely manner. First point of call if members have concerns about a child abuse matter.
To oversee the administrative aspects of the committee, including scheduling and minuting committee meetings, submitting consumer affairs documentation and assisting with the management and lodging of grant applications. Attendance at 6 meetings per season is essential.
