To be eligible your child must be:
Ages 0 to 18 years
A resident in Victoria
Names on a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card and Medicare Card.

Special consideration may apply if your child doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria but is aged 0 to 18 years, a resident in Victoria and meets one of the following criteria:

• child is currently residing in Victorian Care Services; or

• the child/family is a temporary or provisional visa holder, undocumented migrant or international student.

HOW WILL IT WORK?
• Apply for a voucher prior to registering at service.vic.gov.au/services/apply-for-get-active-kids-voucher/home
• Select “ Basketball Victoria (Provider 2951096)” as the provider .
• If eligible, receive a $200 voucher code to use when you register for the new season in Play HQ. 
• Register and pay via PlayHQ where you must enter the voucher code to reduce the cost
of your registration.
